We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.
To protect your privacy we use security measures that protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system. Furthermore, we will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you e-mails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
You may unsubscribe at any time, by just clicking the unsubscribe option located on every newsletter and community email.
Refund Policy
Events We are unable to refund any monies from the Second Sunday Series, seminars or other live events once your reservation has been confirmed. This is because meals, seating and other details are all determined by the number of registrants and none of our third party vendors will refund funds to us. With a written or verbal notice received in our office by the close of any business day, your registration may be transferred to another party. Our hours of operation are Tuesday - Friday 9-3pm. Any requests received after Friday 3pm can not be processed.
Memberships All membership fees are based on a minimum one year subscription, payable either in full or in monthly installments. You may cancel your annual membership anytime after the first year has been completed. Cancellation will be reflected within 30 days of the next billing cycle. Your membership is transferable, if you choose to transfer your membership to another party, we will recreate and update your profile at no additional charge. Please note that we value your membership and if you choose to rejoin us within 90 days, we will waive your activation fee.
