By submitting your story you agree to give Desiree Doubrox,"An Empowered Woman", and their heirs, successors and assigns, licensees, subcontractors and legal representatives the irrevocable, perpetual right to use your name (or any fictional name you use), story, likeness, voice, picture, portrait or photograph and your story (in whole or part) and to copy, edit, reproduce, display and publish them in all formats and manners including composite or distorted representations for advertising, trade, website, print, and promotional materials, radio, T.V. and any other format and lawful purpose. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished version(s), including written copy that may be created in the connection therewith.  You understand that your story, voice or likeness can and will be used for the book, TV and/or radio show, seminar presentations and such. You understand that your name, story (in whole or part), voice, picture, portrait, photograph or likeness may be used in connection with An Empowered Woman books, TV and/or radio shows, seminar presentations and in other manners at An Empowered Woman's discretion. You understand that you are not receiving any compensation for your story now or in the future. You represent that you are of legal age.

By submitting your story, you represent and warrant that your story will not infringe upon the intellectual property right of any 3rd party, and that you obtained all permissions necessary to provide An Empowered Woman with the story and the rights granted above. You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Desiree Doubrox, An Empowred Woman, and their heirs, successors and assigns, licensees, subcontractors and legal representatives from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilites, losses, costs or expenses that you now or hereafter may have arising fromthe use of your name (or any fictional name you use), story, likeness, voice, picture, portrait or photograph. You agree to idemnify and defend Desiree Doubrox, An Empowered Woman and their heirs, successors and assigns, licensees, subcontractor and legal representatives from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilites, losses, costs or expenses that may incur arising fromthe use of your name (or any fictional name you use) , story, likeness, voice, picture, portrait, or photography. You have read and both understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
